Just saw this, this morning. Hope the surgery was a success. May JESUS give you HIS HEALING TOUCH and a quick recovery

My mother was released to home on Thursday thank goodness!! She called me and we were able to have a talk. Long ways to go on the new hip/femur etc. and lung issues but they're doing it. SO grateful for her husband, full time job with her insane amount of meds and tending to her.

I got home from the hospital late morning yesterday. Pain is still rather intense when I try to move. At least it tells me I am alive.:pain:

My wife is doing well. Hard to say exactly how she's progressing, aside from being able to get around this house better. She says her foot/ ankle doesn't hurt much. There's no signs of infection from what we can tell.

Most of her leg below the knee is in a cast, and just most of her toes are able to be seen from the cast.

    Trusting the process..

This too shall pass. Yes, there usually is pain but walking helps; starting with a few steps using walker or crutches. Go a little farther each day and your body will respond. Good luck.
