It’s been 7 years since we replaced it and the bearings finally have had enough! Ordered the non oem one. The new one has about a foot of cord and a ground I think (yellow and green wire with the eyelet) the old one did not have a ground! I pulled a screw lose and grounded it to a piece of metal by the motherboard! Sorry if this is confusing, let me post some pictures. Should this be ok? I do not want to send it back as it took over a month to get this since the last Chinese one arrived damaged! Top picture is the new motor!

Problem solved, the new motor had a separate ground, and I found a wiring diagram where they swaped a couple wires!
