No keep the cedar, at bare minimum for camp fires. It's amazing for that. Otherwise use it to burn down coal beds

I'm glad your arm is better.
    Another great score...
A few small pieces of that cedar in a closet smells great too.

We just finished up for the day, Yes! We are pretty beat! :( I moved the splitter up to the house and cleand up the street. We got a good cord so far from this pile and "might" hit 2. Was a good day. I love splitting and working wood this time of year. Not to hot and not freezing... *Edit*. I've never had this much Mulberry before, I'm looking forward to burning it. The BTU chart says it's really high up there. :)

I think you're going to love burning all that mulberry. Be careful, that stuff can get away from you in a hurry if you turn your back on it after a reload. Ask me how I know

I'm guessing we now have 4+ish cord of it. These loads have a good mixture of wood, very little trash. :tears:

If I'm not mistaken, mulberry will throw a lot of sparks, especially when stirred around for a reload...

Yes, yes it does! I actually don't like to use it in the little fireplace stove because it'll send sparks clear out into the living room, and we have carpet, so...much better in the furnace, with bare concrete floor!

My Wifes family, Aunt and Uncle were dairy farmers in Minnesota years and years back, God knows how long they have been in her family. Cast Iron pots I actually found on the curb for the trash several years back.:cool:
