Morning all. Frost on roofs this morning and the sun trying to shine around the clouds. Yesterday was rain/snow/sleet mix with a bit of sunshine.

I had a nice visit with Mom yesterday and got her caught up on a few things. My brother was there last week so he took care of some outside things.
Ferry travel was tense. We still have the small temporary ferry running and I managed to be the last car on in the last tiny spot for the trip over and I was down in line an hour before sailing. Coming back I was in the line up 1 1/2 before sailing and only three cars got on after me. Hopefully in 6 days, the real ferry will be back.

Today' weather will probably be the same with more sunshine.
Bookkeeping, household chores etc. to do today.

    Everyone have a great day.

Son coming today to help move some wood because I still have to take it very easy after the shots I just had. But so far I feel much relieved. I want to stay that way. Son asked if we could plan on some wood cutting this spring. Maybe in another month.

    Morning!

Yesterday's snow removal was almost a cluster. I cut it short as the plow was floating on the wet heavy compacted snow that had fallen. Another 10 or better.

Tomorrow morning, the fun will begin. Total snowfall may see 3'. The temps will be in the upper 20 meaning the snow will be wet again. I'll have to plow a number of times during the storm instead of waiting for it to be over.....which is Tue morning.

We'll also be having high winds but nowhere near what wildwest was having.....60 mph is nothing but picnic weather for them!

We'll attend Holy Mass this evening instead of running the risk of having it cancelled tomorrow morning. :handshake:

Getting ths shot went OK. They said the med was the consistency of honey. I have had more discomfort from this one and the blurry vision hasn't gone away yet. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Thanks for your concern.:handshake:

Morning all. Clear skies and a brilliant sunrise. As it was coming up, everything to the west turned pink. Overcast sky in the west which may burn off or turn to rain this afternoon. Forecast is for another atmospheric river headed our way for most of next week.

For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Peter 1:5-8

Bible study and continue growing in knowledge keeps us focus on our Christian walk. As each of us do, it is easy to fall back into old habits and slide off the path of righteousness. Making a conscious decision each morning to commit our life to Jesus and make choices throughout the day that align with that decision helps us to grow in the knowledge of Jesus. Today, make that decision to follow the path set before you by your Saviour.

    Happy Sabbath everyone

Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a SUPER SATURDAY. Cool start this morning, but upper 70's now. Another fine day to cook dirt. I didn't make it to the woodyard last night, after picking up a few groceries, it was later getting home than I wanted, but did get the hook put on the tractor counterweight. Maybe Blue Samson will get some work this evening.

    Good morning, members .

Overcast day ahead. 30⁰/46⁰ dry. Bands of downpours tomorrow.

Before the ground gets squishy again, I'll move some wood to the deck rack. I also want to move some wood around.

Grilled shrimp, rice pilaf, broccoli on the menu for later.

Canadian border VT - late night calls definitely no Bueno.
