Yeah wood in the road is unheard of here, BUT roadside is a common sight. Normally if close to the road its free game. Farther back I'll ask.

Work safe and hoard on Dave. And remember, pics or it didn't happen.

So, we got about a 1/3rd of it split up today. Mostly the smaller stuff I could lift. I hauled the splitter back in and finishing up on pile #3 of the Maple. So, I have to tell the folks here the "Joke of the day" My friend and I are out here splitting, Chrissy is hauling the wood back in the wheel barrow and these two young ladies, late teens (maybe 20ish) stop and ask us,.......... "Why are you putting the wood Back in your yard? Didn't you just cut a tree down"? :picard:

No folks, you can't make this $H!T up! :headbang: I also had to put my sign out for "Pickup Pirates"...

You should have asked them to take a wheel barrow full of splits into your back yard where they could see for themselves what you and Chrissy are up to.

I moved some heavy's out of the street, closer to the curb. The "Garage Queen" came out to play... :D:cool: My rigging worked like a charm and everything went smooth. Supposed to get wet and rainy later today so I'll wait for the weekend to split up the rest of this stuff.

So did you buy the Jeep to match the tractor or the tractor to match the Jeep? Don't see too many orange Jeeps running around (I know Ram had the Coast Guard "Built to Serve" edition in orange back around 2022).

The Jeep was first, 2018 . For the record, that it's one of my wife's favorite colors. Her Father, (RIP) had a deep pumpkin color airplane and it was fond memories for her childhood. Really, no association with the fact that I like the Kubota line of tractors, and even stranger is that, I have a lot of (Yardmax) lawn equipment and splitter and, What do you suppose that color is?..... ;) It's an Ironic coincidence out of anything. I'm a fan of the color Blues and greens. So, I really don't have a loyalty of the color as long as something works! *Edit* and something I just thought of, I even have a 2014 Honda Foreman ATV, and it's Orange! That came before everything. When I went to buy it, the only color that had on the floor was Orange... I wanted a Camo or Gray one. Nope, they didn't have one in stock... :headbang::picard:

Yes, looks like everything worked great, especially that lifting rig. Nice to see the "Garage Queen" enjoying a bit of work and sunshine.
You would have :fart: your pants if the Queen was where Orange Crush was yesterday 20260311_124618.jpg

Not yet, unloaded everything this morning about 0430, ahead of a thunderstorm arrival later. Probably need to get the pressure washer on it.
