Giz/Emma and everyones pets on the board

I hear you. We went from a 14 yr old dog to a six month puppy and then a two month puppy. Fortunately they can entertain themselves now but it is a lot of energy stored up in those little bodies.

 

We thought about getting a Lab pup around the same time so they could grow up together. A couple weeks with the Brittany pup was all we needed to stop that nonsense! Maybe next year...

 

When i got up and turn on the light yesterday morning, this is what I saw. Lily seems to sleep upside down more than curled in a ball.

 

My fuzzy pictures from yesterday when Lila was apparently looking at the few glowing embers left after the P43 shut down. She would only stay there for a few seconds, then drop down so by the time I would grab my phone, I didn't have time to focus.

I haven't seen her do this before, but I had just swiped off the "mustache" of ash from the front of the burn pot. Perhaps normally the ash blocks the embers from site at that angle - or perhaps the glow was catching the mirrored finish on the glass just right and she got curious. Pictures in order taken.

New puppy’s name is Valiant. The rules were relaxed, his name can be said.
He’s getting along with Garcia. Garcia’s making sure his head fits in his mouth.

He is so cute with floppy ears but it won't be long before they are standing up.

Had a good walk with the boys this morning. Got in a couple of head tilt sessions. Valiant is growing fast.

I just love German Shepherd puppy ears. They are so expressive.

 

Friend stopped yesterday with his new little girl.

 

You may know my love of GSP’s. Hard not to get another one but with age and infirmities it’s just not fair to the pup
