I guess it's possible, but it seems unlikely that a train could catch a healthy cougar unaware. If you ever see an update I hope you'll post it.
Cats are built pretty light. Unless it was something low-powered, or fast expanding, or hit a bone, there may not be a bullet in him even if he was shot. Hard to tell.
woo woo happy birthday to me can’t wait to get it dirty have to work up the rear hitch then I’ll be good to
When I had the Polaris ranger, I added a hitch receiver to the front of the buggy as it is was too hard for me to turn my head around while backing up a trailer. I should not have sold it.....
My Polaris Sportsman came with a front hitch. Thought it was the silliest addition to an ATV. When I bought an old Honda for a backup one of the first things I did was weld a front hitch on. Guess I’m a convert
Haha! the first time I saw a front hitch was on a full sized truck back in the late 60's, IIRC. It was parked at a bar near a boat launch, but no trailer accompanied it. We managed to figure it out.
Makes sense for pushing boats around a Marina. More precise than backing up. Pushing the conveyor up some 3 1/4” oak strips because my planks are buried under the snow,,,,,,,somewhere.
Walked my woods today with a hand saw in my possession. Started eliminating some grapevines. And looking for downed trees and shed deer antlers. I am to early looking for shed antlers because I jumped a nice buck that was still wearing his! Trails are way to muddy to get the Buggy on them it was 63F here today a record high. Frost is coming out of the ground big time,,
Happy Happy birthday. Congratulations on the new SxS. That's purdy. But you missed a great chance to get it dirty...
Jumping a buck is a common term used down here when spooking or startling a buck out of his bed or hiding spot. Some say “bumping” but most hunters say “jumping”.
Oh the Buggy is dirty I can garunteee this. Just not from my woods. I hate leaving ruts on my property when the frost is coming out. Walking my woods the other day it felt like walking in soup.
Yes, here too. But rarely goes by without some sort of comment. Another common speech pattern is "I seen" as in "I seen a nice one today". Seems it happens primarily during hunting season.
That is a few months away for up here yet. Walking across the lawn gets very soupy during those times.
Got a half windshield and a tinted top and a beefier 2” receiver hitch/frame stiffener coming for the Buggy. Got a half screen cuz I still want to be in the breeze.
