I found this interesting little video that explains a bit about the area where we live , the geographic Fall Line. When you see the road and water tower, that's Sandersville, just down the road from where I work.

Morning all. Dark and just above freezing this morning. Really nice day yesterday but we could be getting overcast today.
I am working all this week so life is a little jampacked. Yesterday Mom's cat went to the vet in an emergency and it turns out she is diabetic. It will be interesting to see how we manage that. The ferry ride makes it more interesting to get medical help for pets.
Work has been hectic as well so I am looking forward to the weekend.

We had a diabetic dog when I was growing up. Insulin shot every day. Went blind eventually, but lived quite a while.

 

Now that just begs the question...........why?

It's nice to see some melting, finally.

Off to a scheduled Dr appointment with a dermatologist .

Yesterday's lunch with mom went really well.
