Day after Christmas second half cord to a regular. Forgot to post pics. DSCF0488.JPG DSCF0487.JPG Second load to another regular today. Supposed to go sooner but snow limited access to stack. Almost got stuck in mud back there. DSCF0513.JPG DSCF0514.JPG

Good friend got a half cord of barkless yesterday. A little different than I usually do as it was cut green and I let it sit a few months before splitting. The bark came off as I split it. Dried more than two years. Seemed as dense as the usual barkless I sell. Normally bark on gets SS ASAP to retain the bark but this was a huge tree. DSCF0563.JPG DSCF0564.JPG I saved a couple pieces of bark to show him how much volume the bark would take up. DSCF0565.JPG

Half cord load of bark on headed out today to a regular. They like to get a cord early on for next year. This load was SS last July. DSCF0818.JPG DSCF0817.JPG Saw on hand for a cut after.

Loaded and delivered the barkless BL I cut earlier in the week. Not quite a quarter cord. DSCF0836.JPG DSCF0837.JPG Stacked in my friends shed. Saves me from storing it here. DSCF0838.JPG I have another cut of barkless coming up that will fill it up.

Half cord load of BL heartwood (when I split large rounds I separate out barkless splits) delivered yesterday to my only original BL customer. DSCF0856.JPG DSCF0857.JPG The stack it was pulled from. During and after loaded pics. DSCF0854.JPG DSCF0855.JPG Stacked on his new set up. He'll get another half cord to fill up it up next month. DSCF0858.JPG Delivered all the BL from Sundays cut (40% of a cord) to my friend. DSCF0859.JPG DSCF0860.JPG Added to what I stacked last week. DSCF0861.JPG A little more needed to fill it up. Holds around 3/4 cord.

I have slowly gone up on the price and my current 4-5 regulars pay it without question.

Two regulars never call and or returned texts last Fall. One other regular is too far and wont pay the increase for delivery. Fine by me as I don't have to go BTTW finding the stuff. Liking the fact I'm able to now deliver direct to them once its split for the most part. Of course I never know when a score of fresh cut will come my way.
