    January is here for sure. I guess it is going to get worse but I'm hoping the forecasters have it wrong again. Nevertheless, we still have plenty of firewood.

    The kids decided I didn't have to help them on the meat cutting yesterday, so I worked outside........burning stuff, digging dirt, and moving surplus rocks.

    Morning all. Another frosty sunny day coming up. I could get used to this especially the no wind part.

    We worked on half of our pile of firewood. After cleaning the church this morning, we will finish cleaning up the remaining woodpile. Another load is arriving on Thursday.

    Sunrise yesterday morning. Not as spectacular as Sawdust Man Everyone have a great day.

    Cold 9⁰/30⁰ clear and calm. Sunny before clouds build for some snow showers overnight. A string of single digit lows over the weekend and beyond.

    A this-n-that kind of day, including bringing wood to the deck.

    Hoping to have Wednesday lunch with Truckaa.

    Mrs MikeInMa seems to have turned the corner with her head cold.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. TWC says 27⁰ here in town with high forecast of 59⁰, clear. Just :coffee: and :stirpot:dirt...:rofl: :lol:...
    We have to deliver a tote of 14" wood to a new friend this morning, well, she's been burning our wood, but another good friend had been bringing his dump trailer over and we would cut it for him. He said she probably needed a pickup load, so we are taking it. While we're in that area, we will pick up an empty tote from another guy that got a load from us.
    We'll see what happens after that.

    Morning all. Frosty and sunny this morning. Another great day in Paradise. I could get used to this. Temps are just below freezing at night and then warms up during the day so the days are really nice.
    Downside of this nice weather is that the local ski hill got too much rain, washed the snow level down and now when the weather is so good, there isn't enough snow to play on.

    Cleaned the church yesterday but didn't get the rest of the firewood split and stacked. We have to get it done today as we are expecting another load tomorrow sometime.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. 45⁰/62⁰ mostly cloudy. Another 6PM-6AM night of work. Off today, as another operator wanted to swap shifts, he needed to be off Saturday night. Got more totes to stack out of the big shed and then going over to a neighbor's to look at a pine he is concerned might fall in the wrong direction during the approaching winter storm this weekend. Not sure of events after that.
