    Checks fridge:
Sriracha sauce, expires March 2017 - I guess this should get tossed
Some home made habanero pepper sauce made in 2017 - doesn't look very kosher
A bottle of soy sauce not opened
Two bottles of worcestershire sauce 0ne was opened - don't see expiration dates, They must be there somewhere.
There is no ketchup in this house

I must be spicy enough. :)

I pick all the peppers at the end of the season. Smoke them seeds and all to make a pretty good seasoning. Ghost, reaper, jalapeño, a little bit of everything. Holds the smoke flavor and brings the heat. 20251215_100632.jpg 20251215_100632.jpg 20251215_100650.jpg 20251215_103822.jpg

I did that once except just dehydrated it. Powerful stuff, lots of heat. We had a bumper crop of Lemon Drop or Yellow Lemon or something of that sort of name and they were HOT.

Went and grabbed some Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce last night, good stuff! That will be in my normal rotation from now on.

Ron T those look and sound good! A few years back I had a bumper crop of Caribbean red habaneros and dried them out to make my own pepper flakes. I quite enjoyed them, getting somebody to open the container and put it right up to their nose was enjoyable also!
