Cloudy day. 21⁰/33⁰ snow/ice overnight.

We're taking mom to her Dr. this morning. Annual checkup.

I put a new cat in the woodstove yesterday. It seems to be doing what it is supposed to. More heat coming off the stove now.

Another FHC morning at our disposal.

Did a quick grocery run yesterday morning. and thought of all the things we needed once we got home!

Yeah, we had a list and used it, it just wasn't a good list!

The run was a rush job as we left the dogs home.

 

At least you weren't listless

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 48⁰/68⁰ foggy. Another day off......Miz Carol has a Dr appointment (checkup) as well, so I'm unsupervised this morning......
Actually got a few things lined up. Need to unhook the dump trailer and hook up flat bed trailer, take 3 pecan logs off and deliver 5 pine logs to our guys with the pallet mill. We did that tree job yesterday afternoon, and he added the pine on our trailer to the job.
We got home with the tractor about 9:30 last night. The new light bar on tractor works great......
Later we have to stack 3 totes out of the shed for delivery this afternoon...

Hog feed run today, otherwise just trying to make a buck.

Mornng all. I don't know where yesterday went. It started by sleeping in and being out of sync for the rest of the day. It was a beautiful dry day so we tossed firewood into the basement and I got the outside Christmas lights taken down.

This morning it is pouring with rain with temps just above freezing and probably will continue for the next couple of days. I still have to take the Christmas tree down inside so that will happen today. Bookkeeping and chores as well today. It will be busy.

I try to always make a list when I go grocery shopping but inevitably I get home and find I forgot something I should have picked up.

Be very very careful........there's a lot of cat sensitive people on here!

BTW, that's the 2nd comment today about owners doing something with or replacing their cats.

 

Did you have to drive in that mess? hope not!

 

I a 4 legged cat person, we have about 15 or so. If someone is that sensitive, they can go play in the litter box...

24⁰ and drizzling. Very slickery outside. The next few hours will be adding to ice thickness. Should be an interesting day. I have buckets of rock salt to spread as needed,

With Little Christmas now past, the nativity figures will be put away. Multiple trips to the basement will be in order for today.

Hoping to have lunch with Truckaa today.

Yesterday's trip with mom to the Dr., was uneventful. She's as well as a 95yr young woman can be.
