Kudu on the menu!!!!!!!!!

    The food we had at the camp in Africa was amazing!

    The picture is a backstrap from the kudu I shot. They cut a split in it and stuffed it full of feta cheese then wrapped it in bacon. It was cooked over coals from the fire for an hour on low heat. Then they moved the coals a lot closer to crisp the bacon. WOW that stuff was amazing. We also had zebra kabobs, and wildebeest sausage. the food there was amazing.

    What can you compare the meat to? Did your wife get her zebra?

    Yes she got her zebra, that was a lot of fun.

    I would honestly compare it to a filet. Very tender and the flavor was incredible.
