Lily has grown and now her ears stand up. She has learned to go in and out the dog doors so housetraining is well on its way. When Lady gets too rough, she is still small enough to get under the furniture and hide. The big thing now is directing chewing to more appropriate items than the leg of my kitchen table.

Will she get as big as Lady? And is Lady bigger than your last 3 amigos?

Lily should be about the same size as Lady and both will be about twice as big as the previous three. Another month and Lily will be about the same size as the previous ones.

Did you get a couple of days when the ears were up and down? The shepherds that we have raised have done that.

No, her ears just started to raise up until they were straight up. One ear has a bit of a back slant as it if has straighten too far. I think she will grow out of that.

Well, after 15 months of Daily use Gus’s Halo started blinking an error message. We called customer support and they tried a few things with the software and determined it was an issue with the collar. The nice lady said that their warranty policy is one year but they would be happy to send out a new collar at no charge.

From someone who is rarely pleased when dealing with this sort of thing I can’t say anything but good things with Halo.

And if I don’t say myself the orange suits him quite well!

I've been looking for a wireless fence for my dog. We're fenced in here at home, but the family owns a house on the cape with no fence. We walk him (which we do every day anyway... good motivation for me to get out more) but he likes to be outside sniffing and poking around and It's really no fun with him on a leash dragging me around the yard so he can sniff at every smell and chase smaller critters around.

I've done a little research on the halo and it looks pretty solid, but I want to hear it from someone who's been using it. My dog is very trainable and motivated so this looks like what I've been looking for. What version do you have?
