I cringed every time I look at those numbers.

Never did get an answer from the state of MA about why they don't report on cordwood and pellet prices even though they're mandated to do so.

Looks like a snow storm is coming later today. I'm seeing a big variance in total amounts.

I put the snowblower and back blade on a few days ago. :shiver:

Wintry mix this afternoon that will turn to snow tonight. Still haven't heard any amounts, but may be plowable. The storm that gbreda mentioned is on deck for Tuesday. Then another one on Friday. Some sources say there will be a storm every couple of days for the next 2 weeks (but the models are shifting all the time, so who knows)

Still have snow cover from Friday's squalls except what fell on pavement melted yesterday afternoon from the sun. Not much fell, maybe 1/2". But with the last few weeks being colder than normal, and that trend looking to continue, it is possible that the last sight of bare ground for the year was on Thursday.

Welp, got 10 inches. Radar shows it stopping soon, for now. Lots of wind, blowing snow and massive drifts pilling up.
