Ha ha, just saw that and fixed it but too late. If I had one I'd want an on off switch and speed control !

28/62. Let the fire go out yesterday and home too late to light one up. HHO woke me when it kicked on and the dog needed to go out so I might as well start a fire.

8 21-24” chestnut oak splits should warm things up a bit.

Got some snow yesterday but if you hadn't been outside and looking for it, you never would have seen it! Not even enough to be classified as a "trace of snow". That being said.....still no snow.

34, overcast . Just lit up with some pine scrap boards. Once fire gets going, oak will be the flavor for the day.

41/72 haven't had a fire going today as mostly sunny. Have the stove loaded with maple ready to strike off for overnight. Chopped leaves and burnt some as well this afternoon. Another nice day ahead tomorrow, sunny and 50.

Good Morning. 34 / 64 this morning. Cold start this morning top/down with some pallet wood and oak to go on top when the coals are ready.
