On my commute the last couple mornings I noticed a new billboard with a fallen Santa with the caption "Fall, law, law, law! Took me a bit to figure it out, but a nationwide personal injury law firm's take on "Deck the halls". A new low IMO. I HATE lawyers, especially the personal injury ones. I understand they have their place, but c'mon, this is ridiculous! A good percentage of TV commercials and billboards feature them here. Makes me wanna puke. Hopefully I'll never need one and part of me would take the insurance settlement just to flip them off. Sorry for the rant!
Yes, irritates me too! All of those ads simply have the low life amongst us sitting on their butts trying to figure out how they can get a fistful of$$ for nothing. All this does is help to Jack up insurance premiums for autos, and liabilities both personal and businesses.
A sign of the times. Christmas (all holidays really) have been monetized, their true meanings obscured by the consumerism that surrounds them. I don't particularly like lawyers either, so when a law firm comes up with a really corny advertisement like this I also find it pretty cringe worthy.
What changed? I don't think attorneys and lawyers could advertise like this back in the day. The bar lower their ethics? Is that possible?
Not sure of the firm, but they advertise continuously around here...Seems their main catch phrase is "damm Right we Fight" Every time I hear the scrawny little slime bag say it, I want to go find him and knock him out! Found one of them:
We have Ken Nugent...One call, that's all... Morgan and Morgan, nationwide And this guy, among others...
