Thank You. I'm in trouble again with weak closet bar. It seems a bit odd to me that this product is not more readily available. There are likely a lot of vests being stored on the floors of closets or in tupperware. I wouldn't say they are common, but more so than one might think. They aren't really something you go around showing off.
A guy who works on base has a little stand made for his gear that's in the corner of his office. I'm off next week, but if I get a chance I'll try to get a pic when I get back. I know you said it's a gift and want something nice, but I think this isn't bad and could be customized crafty homemade like.
