That’s what I said. If not for being swamped with other projects I’d have reached out myself. But I really don’t need a 395XP right now (I’ll probably regret this mindset soon though )

 

At that price, shelf it for the next time you do need a project saw!!

 

I believe that 395s are not being made anywhere now. Not even Brazil. Finding good ones going cheap is going to get harder and harder.

 

Well said, I don’t need one of best biggest saw made? Are you a hoarder? do you have a; shed barn garage basement closet whatever?

With a 36" bar it probably wouldn't fit in a Prius' trunk!

 

Sweet. For that price, even if it needed work or had some aftermarket parts on it, steal of a deal. One of those that are too good to be true until it's in my vehicle.

 

I kid you not Lyle, but as I'm pulling out of the guys driveway I noticed a navy blue Prius parked there and I burst out laughing.

 

Part of me thinks that's serendipity/destiny, and then the other part of me knows darn well you can't go anywhere in CT without running into a Toyota Prius, a Subaru Forester with a COEXIST bumper sticker on it, and a Dunkin Donuts

Tree service guy going out of business so selling his saws. He also has Stihl 461 & 500i for similar prices. Not for me. Im looking for "you suck" type deals.

 

Not bad looking wood and the guy says might be more. Could be the beginning of a great relationship.

Well it does have wood heat! That's a plus in my book!

 

The wood stove heat does separate it from the others.

 

Our town used to have a family that lived in a school bus that had wood heat (no electricity on property), so the ambulance isn't bad for a single person - especially at today's housing and rent prices. Not sure where they went, so don't know if the bus-house is still in used.

Land is still not too expensive, so by a plot, sink a well and you are golden with that ambulance house.
