I would...I mean some neighborhood kids would, poke a hole in a cigarette down by the filter. Push the fuse through the hole and light the cigarette. Place the "time bomb" in the mailbox and be sitting in the den watching TV when the cigarette burned down 10 minutes later and someones mailbox turned inside out with a loud boom! :bug:

I saw a funny FB post the other day, author took GenX songs with days of the week in them made a calander. Cure (Monday/Tues/Friday), Manic Monday and a couple others. Sorry I lost it before I could copy/post.

My kids can't appreciate anything from the 80's/90's. Just the other day I was watching one of my all time favorite movies from the 80's, Big Trouble in Little China, and they called it lame.

As far as I'm concerned humanity peaked as a species sometime around 1994-1995, my last year in high school. Ever since then it's been a slow slide into the abyss.

It seems like the world is a much weirder, meaner colder place after COVID. Something is definitely off.

Haha! I find little humor in a lot of comedy movies that other folks find funny, but that silly movie cracks me up. It's almost like it's a parody of itself. I saw it not long after it hit cable TV when it first came out, and hadn't seen it again until just a few years ago. Now it turns up every so often on the free streaming channels. Kurt Russell is one of my favorite actors - very diverse. And Kim Cattrall, well...

We had 16 Candles on a while back and Kiddo was super shocked. SUPER shocked. So many sayings from then that are considered taboo, mean, or curse words now.

Saw Eddie Fiola and the GT freestyle team at Heidelberg BMX way back in the early 80's. Only ones cooler than them was Bob Hannah and Danny Chandler.

I pieced together mine as well. It has a Hutch stem, Redline 3 piece cranks, Odyssey brakes and gyro. The list goes on and on. :dex:
