    Rare for us to have red meat, since it cost so damm much. I'm to much of a tight azz.

    I know it depends on temp of the woodstove, but how long did it take to cook those up?

    Not very long I didn't really time it temps around 550/650 under 30 minutes

    Cooked eggs in the same pan after I pulled the steaks, the eggs soaked up the steak juice, and honestly were even better than the steaks
