A bit of a joke now, but this man moved 500,000 singles of this track in 1990.

Wow. I found some forgotten treasures from early nineties today. Some may be better forgotten.

I am in the process of digging out my old home component stereo system that I had in storage (garage) and setting it up in the basement. I bought it in the 70's while deployed. The cassette deck and the cd player (that I added in the 90's) have been scrapped due to "issues".

I already got the word from 99 lbs that I can only listen to it while she has left the house!!!

Back when telling someone they had a nice Rack wasn't considered lude. :D

A friend's father had a setup in his basement pool room that still haunts me. CV 18" wood cabinets that were almost 3' square with horns atop about 20" wide. I don't know if they were custom or what because I have never been able to find any examples like them. Dunno what he was pushing them with but it was almost like being at a concert in that small space. Remains 30 years later the most awesome home system I've ever come across.

What brand equipment Dave? My dad bought his receiver brand new, I believe the year I was born. A Marantz 2270.

    Sansui.

There is an "extra" receiver I picked up 5-6 years ago also. Pretty sure it's a pioneer-I'll have to look; haven't even tried it out yet!

Babushka can shred. They remind me of Appalachian Mountain folk.
