    Hello
Just went down to the local Harbor Freight and for $39.71 with a Harbor Freight 15% off coupon I got this central pneumatic extended reach air cutter. Then I purchase a set of 3 - 3” flap discs (I recommend the 2” on the Internet for even better fit in your burnpot) and drilled a 7/32” hole in the center on the bottom side and cut the roll lock black plastic threads off the top side. I removed the cutter shield and using the cutter mounting bolt to cut threads in the flap disc and mounted it on the cutter to make a nice low profile metal die grinder to fit in the burnpot!! Wearing safety glasses when using this tool is a must because this tool rips and sparks fly! My Harman Burnpot is the cleanest it has been in many years! The old black carbon speed bump is gone and the pot is smooth as silk!
The drill driver with a wire wheel on an extension is still needed to clean the auger and the corners too.
Note: since the extended air grinder is long I suggest an air hose swivel adapted instead of the standard straight adapter which will fit better in the Harman Pellet Stoves fire box like the one below:

    Hello
Well a few more tool improvements here
    1. The thick black washer and bolt that hold the the cutter discs in work fine for cutting but when the Flap Pad discs are bolted in the head of the bolt sticks up above the flap pad so it hits the surface being grinded. This is a simple fix by changing out the thick black washer to a thin stainless steel washer. All done.
    2. To vary the grinder speed down from the max of 18,000 RPMs just add on the HF air valve with pressure Guage. Max is 18,000 RPMs so with the trigger off you can see 100 PSI pounds per square inch of air pressure then when I pull the trigger you can see the operating air pressure is just over 60 PSI :)
So when the grinder is on and I turn the valve it goes from 60 back up to 100 and you can hear and see the flap disc slow down. :)

    Hello
Just got the Titoe 24 2” diameter flap discs 40 grit from Amazon. I had to drill out the center with a 7/32” drill bit and then cut off the black plastic roll lock threads with a sharp razor utility knife. Then just bolt it on to the tool.
It fits the Harman & the Whitfield burnpots much better for cleaning.

    Hello
Works great on the black carbon buildup on the Englander 25-PDV & PDVC wood pelled stoves too!
