    Yep, they actually work pretty well. You can adjust the "clutch" tension by adjusting the tire inflation. Their one fault is that they tend to slip more in heavy cover when they get wet, but that is somewhat self-correcting unless it's REALLY wet. They used to be somewhat common around here, but you don't see them quite as much anymore.
