    After 30 years I finally decided to do something about the chronic pain in my shoulder. I'm now going to physical therapy twice a week. Therapist asked me how I felt after the last session. Should have seen the look on her face when I said felt fine after therapy but was sore after splitting and stacking some firewood

    My shoulder recoveries went well, keep it stretched out and range of motion. I finished the inside of my shop while I was recovering. Wired and insulated had friend hang and finish drywall then I painted and hung all the cabinets. Filled and organized them too, couldn't waste 8 weeks recovery time.
