Glad you're feeling better. That's definitely not the best way to lose weight.

Some of this wood in my stack I bought several years ago. I just happened upon this today. Should burn good this year.

There’s rain moving in so my wife was flipping kayaks over and got bit by a copperhead. She came limping in the house, sat down and showed me a small bee sting size mark on her ankle. I said it looks like a Yellow Jacket got you, a snake bite would be 2 marks. She says come look with me, so I grab a can of wasp killer and go to the boats. I didn’t see any yellow jackets swarming and she saw the snake. She said it went under the boat. I pulled the boat away and there it was coiled up in the leaves camouflaged perfectly. If she hadn’t seen it, I probably would’ve walked into a bite.
No soup for me tonight :emb:

I think there was too much smoke for a sunset tonight.

I forgot to mention that while my wife and I were on vacation, the neighbor came through with the two pine tree trunks he was going to have cut down.

A nice bonus of a bit of honey locust as well.

I'll probably cut it up tomorrow night after work.

Right. I'm curious as to what should be done once bitten by a copperhead. Chud

Darn, smoke moved in here. Not sure where it's coming from. Hot in the house but don't want to open windows.

There was one hanger over 10' span, the sagging parts were full of lint. If it was a gas dryer it would have lit off already. Whew!
