    these would be from the areas that are traditionally colder than the rest of the area.

    For example, place I used to live at was in the bottom of a river valley and was always at least 10* less on cold mornings.

    I live by a State Park, so I understand all about tourists. Pretty brutal in summer.
    My cousin lived along Lake Michigan, and she talked about Fibbs so I know what they are. Not sure of the others. Do tell.
