Tree service has been cutting back from the wires in the area in the last few weeks, I had scrounged some cherry last month, but not much else has appealed to me other than some decent red maple I spied last week. When its right in your neighborhood and you drive by it its pointless to resist when youre a hoarder like me. After a hard day cutting Friday I wasn't all that motivated to cut yesterday but good wood waits for no hoarder. That phrase held true as they had come and scooped it all up. Usually less than a week and they come back for it...all gone. Kinda bummed I did find this small black birch and some red maple. Took what I had and split at storage. IMG_7666.JPG IMG_7667.JPG
