Great job. Mulberry is under rated as firewood.

The homeowner just messaged me and said he took down the ad on FB cause so many people were messaging and he didn’t want them to take all the stuff on me.

GREAT score. I may move to Detroit! :D Before I used a saw at a score I loved wood that size.

Ive been the early bird at scores and have asked the owner to let me have dibs on all of it. Sometimes hard to convince them as I don't often do multiple loads in a day (I'm old). Recently even offered money to hold it for me and gave a deadline.

Way to get after it sir. :salute: Hoard on :tree: and cut safe. :saw:

I’m about 30-40 min outside the city in the burbs but cmon over:handshake:
I have never asked a homeowner to save anything but I have had it happen multiple times where they save it for me without me saying anything.

It could be I’m not sure I know on the first load I looked at the leaves and it looked like red maple to me but I dunno. It’s no big deal I put all my maple in one big stack anyway.

It does look like it could be norway maple. The leaf stem of norway maple ooze a white milky sap when they are freshly picked off.

Norway split easily and is the lightest in color of all the maples. Comparable to ash in terms of splitting, drying, and btu's even bark texture.

Thanks for the kind words. :handshake:

I frequently say the same thing when I talk with men younger than me.
