The humidity is exceptional today. This might be the highest dewpoint I've ever seen, ever...ever ever. It feels like walking into a bowl of soup when you go outside.

Has anyone had kidney stones? Woke up this morning had the worst pain hit my right lower back. Bout took my breath felt like. It hurts on my right side also. Never had them before but believe that’s what I’m dealing with. Went on to work but it’s been rough. Just a dull deep ache

Can't like that! Get that plumbing fixed so you can move on. Hoping you get that taken care and back to making firewood soon. Best wishes.

Please take some time to go to Urgent Care. Back kidney pain can be indications of other organs beyond kidney.

I have. The pain can also be in your lower abdomen and groin at the same time as your back. I passed this just over a year ago. It took 2 months.

I have had them twice. They are so painful. Do get it checked out. The docs need to make sure it is kidney stones and not something else. The size of the stones will also change how they deal with them.

    OUCH!

Had one almost 40 years ago. Only one attack and x-rays confirmed it. Hospital for 2 days but checked out against his recommendation but I had things to do. A checkup after a week confirmed it was gone so got lucky. Pain was crazy and hope to never have another one.

We lucked out on weather today. It was in the 60's all day. Windows open in the house, AC off.

Absolutely. And I see potential in it now, just needs some work.

WWW and a building/Engineer went to a City Planners meeting, initial step on approving us moving into his shop in town. She's going to tweak her plan a bit then the Planners can submit to Building Commission later this summer. Fingers crossed!

Then the hard part, finding the least expensive way to make that place a home and the $$ remodels take.

It was amazing in Milwaukee area. We went to summerfest tonight to see The Maine play. It was mid low 60's. Had to buy my wife a sweatshirt at the festival grounds because her tank top what warm enough. She needed another sweatshirt though so I got some brownie points.

    Lol.

This one she chose from the options I gave her. cb6a442b-ea22-488d-9c72-e0517800dad7.jpg
It was actually very nice at the summerfest grounds last night. There was threat of rain/ storms, but nothing materialized. Had to be because I brought a drawstring pack with an umbrella along. Had I not brought the umbrella, you know it would've dumped rain on us. PXL_20250627_015126384.MP.jpg

It's funny why this band isn't more mainstream, but it's kinda nice honestly. They've got a big following of loyal fans, that's for sure.

    Another humid day today.

Made a Menard's run and got some 1" PEX pipe and fittings. Got a short section of trench dug, boiler pipe through the slab, and stubbed in. I'm officially ready to hand it over to the Amish crew.

They are dropping off materials and equipment today and getting started tomorrow. I'm interested to see how much they get done.

I need to get a trencher lined up to connect to the boiler. Probably going to be a few weeks before I have time for that.
