Weekend went to crap. Went out and started unload the truck. First wheelbarrow no problem, second not so well and ended up in the ER rest of the morning. 10 stitches middle finger after tripping while loading the wheelbarrow. Bummer. Debating on just taking the rest to my hometown tree dump and kicking the crap out.:headbang:

    DON'T BURN PINE!

Tonight is my last night in my outgoing bedroom. Tomorrow I'll paint it, then it's mom's. I'll be sleeping in the living room till my new space is ready.

Spent the late afternoon at my friend's house for their oldest Sunday graduation party. He's the kid that's going to West Point.

It was hot. But my friend had the garage all set for shade and lots of cold drinks. The taco truck was a really good one. Had 3 carne asada tacos, with beans and rice. I drank like 6 coronas with lime wedges. I don't typically drink Corona, but it was very refreshing today.

Boat is all hooked up for tomorrow. It's supposed to be hot again tomorrow.

Interesting, that gal that bought our previous home in Jan 2014 still messages us with questions and for help. Funniest one is "the septic if full!" (no honey, there is a clog in the basement pump that you installed for your tenant that takes sewage up to septic drain pipes we don't know about those. This is the first one we couldn't answer though, seems electric down at the corral/loafing shed is down. WWW has seen interior Comex line partially buried running all the way down the mountain to the shed, and it was very old even then, could even be from the late 60's, we just don't know. MAN I miss the mild winters in Colorado!

Between the stitches and the heat, you just aren't having much fun. Hope you finger heals quickly. And, oh, by the way, you now have a good excuse for "accidentally" giving people the middle finger - because you shouldn't bend it right :D

I picked up a stihl sprayer and some concentrate to spray for mosquitos the other day, but haven't been able to use it as of yet due to rain being in the forecast.

With the bugs having the numbers that they do, I guess you could say that I'm getting kinda itchy to use it!!! :rofl: :rofl:

Neighbor assisted and evil wood is off the truck while I hauled it to the splitting area in the backyard. In a few weeks I'm going to show that wood who is boss and we will share in the burning of it.

    Was that a retread?

    You can't catch a break.

Heal up. Take your losses, live to fight another day.
    Yes.

    Still hot. Right now.

Spent all day on the lake. Even there it was hot AF. The bimini top was deployed first thing. We were launched and on the lake by 8:45 am. Fully expecting a line and wait. Nope, right in. No complaints from us. Our buddy was out right after us.
