I've been looking into my kids' milk intolerance, husband has it too. From what I've found it's the same/similar advice for humans as the cat experiment you quoted. And Kefir comes up constantly too.

Hmm. A muenster curd? They're typically cheddar. I'll have to try that.

My number 1 curd is Cedar valley
#2 westby creamery so close to cedar valley, but just slightly
    #3 Union Star

The reason chocolate milk works is because it actually has a good amount of electrolytes plus carbs/protein/fat for energy. I just don't trust it to stay cold enough in my lunchbox even with ice packs. Last thing I need is the $#*!'s out in bfe with no restrooms.

We did have a driver who never drank water only milk. Until one day when he had severe heat stroke and a seizure. Then went on permanent disability never to be heard from or seen again.

Not sure there is a correlation here but as a kid playing hard outside all the time when I came in dying of thirst I always reached for a giant glass of milk. That always seemed to quench my thirst, vs. water.

With that said I loved Milk and I was a chubby kid so take with a grain of salt, lol! Never did break a bone......knock on :stack:
