Better go take a look you just never know, if he wants it gone and you show up you can always negotiate the price or move on. Pictures can be decieving but I agree what I see there isn't 3 cords
In this area, one doesn't need to pay for the scrounge. $150 gets you a cord split & delivered. In the area he's in, he's almost gotta pay someone to take that.

^+1 yeah that pizzes me off too. Mostly just small stashes, a truck load at best. Usually I just pass it by and come back a week later. I show up with my gear on and ready to go just after breakfast on saturday morning. I tell 'em if you want it gone it will be out of here in under an hour, no I ain't paying you a damm thing. Usually the wife is around at that time of day, and has been nagging the husband to get it gone all week. She usually dumps both barrels at him and I get my free wood... From the looks of the picture I think I could get it in one truck load.
