I recognize some of the names over here and am happy to have found another place to talk firewood. I'm heading into my 5th year of wood burning this winter but fell behind with splitting. Starting a small farm and having 2 small kids now will do that to you lol. Luckily most of the rounds I had stacked outback are pretty dry and should burn this winter with no problems.

My woodpile is not that impressive anymore so no pics but here's some Ventreche (French Bacon) I made. I'll throw an old pic up of my pallet woodshed (circa 2009-2010, I think) too. I've since taken it down to make room for a chicken coop but hopefully it might inspire a new burner on how to build a quick and cheap woodshed.
