I am going to try and make it ,not sure which day. Last year it was a one day event and I enjoyed it. I will watch the weather then decide.

I bet it's a neat show. I wonder if they donate the demo wood when finished?

 

Joe that has a You - Tube channel Ohio Woodburner put this show on last year at his woodyard. It is like the Paul Bunyon show but on a little smaller scale, everything is firewood related. He must have more exhibitors and vendors coming this year to move to a fairgrounds

 

Kinda seems like a nice way to get a lot of wood split. At the bunyan, they auction off all the sawn lumber made during the show. Really good deals on green rough cut but I've never taken advantage.

 

I didn't make it last year but from what I hear his woodyard was very cramped

 

If anyone needs a lift from the parking area (where ever that will be), let me know and I will shoot you my cell. I'm sponsoring the golf cart for the event. It was a wet ride for the cart from Mentor down to Trumbull Co. Fairgrounds.







Is this cheating when it comes to collecting firewood?

 

Space isn't an issue this year.

 

Nothing is cheating when it comes to hoarding
