Looks like a good time was had by all.

A 3 bay garage! Appears to have worked great!

I want to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone that came and helped at the GTG. What a great time and what an honor to host you fine folks. The girls and chefs put in tremendous effort and it showed. I also really want to thank everyone that donated to help offset expenses. I didn't get a chance to thank you all. That was a very kind gesture on everyone's part. I truly appreciate all that was done, and more importantly the friendships that have been made at these events.
    Thank you all!

I usually wrap with pink butcher paper at 160. Then wrap in a towel and rest in a cooler, usually more just to hold it until serving time which can be a few hours.

    Yeah, it's usually edible, LOL.
I don't think that there was any leftover.

    Made it home.
Thanks again for everything Adam, for opening up your home, and Pam and Lina, for the giving of your time, and energy to make this happen.

Made it home and unloaded…. Thank you Adam, Lina, and Pam for all the hard work of putting this on and your hospitality. It was great seeing everyone and having a few BS sessions.

Thank you dirtdevil for all the help and work getting the cooking done. :handshake:

    We both suffer this occasionally.
Blame it on technology, at least….
