help placing an ad on Facebook Marketplace

    Double check every “field” that needs info. Maybe a general location is missing? Something has to be.

    Is help wanted ads not allowed in FB marketplace? It requires a "catagorie" and I cannot find a fitting one, as well as I did a close'ish category and I got a red triangle error on it.

    Pretty sure that’s the issue. I believe it has to be an item for sale. Even then, some items are prohibited. Pets, guns to name 2.

    There's a work around for pets. Go to the community section and click on pets. It's suppose to be a forum on pets but almost every post is selling

    Thank you Dave, it's a job ad. Years ago I could post there or on another group and get options to share on other groups, seems that is gone. I did however post on 2 other local groups. But still too dumb to figure out how to post to classified :picard:

    If they don't have a spot for "help wanted" you are wasting your time, as all the "FB police" will report you/ad and your ad comes down, BTDT. :mad:
