It's a long driveway. Nice and private though.

 

Made it through the storms unscathed last night. Tornado warning and sirens sent us to the basement for a little bit.

Beautiful day today. Lots and lots and lots of mud. Another 2"-3" of rain before the end of the weekend.

Going to try to get the shop back under control this evening. Lots of stuff needs put away and organized. Going to have to part ways with some scrap wood....it's getting out of hand.

 

My neighbor stopped over and showed a video of tornado damage less than 2 miles from my house. That's close enough for me.

 

My assistant just moved to a place around the corner from work. I gave him a tour of the neighborhood today, he was impressed.

 

Caffeine! Looks like the sun will come out again today! There have been many a day of clouds and snow or rain. After a while it gets tiring. And just when it starts to dry up and I think I might be able to use my new to me tractor in another week or two, it rains again. More rain on the way this weekend. April.

 

This is my least favorite time of year.

 

Just think forward to what it proceeds!

 

I am currently out walking a paved trail along the Oswegatchie river. The geese are chasing each other like mad. The ducks are after each other, the Blue Jays, the Robbins, everybody’s out and about. It is time to start training for the half marathon in the fall. My spirits are already going up, time to slowly, gradually start increasing the distances and speed.

 

I'm impressed with the staff we've hired for the new location so far
