    It's not wagyu, but local grass fed beef.

    I'll take a look, I sure hope I can attend. If so, I'll bring a tent and sleep there. Late April, who knows what the weather will be, but I'm an Eagle Scout, so I can deal with whatever. amateur cutter , you don't perhaps have a "sugar shack" on the property?
