The first brisket of the year on the smoker. It's not wagyu, but local grass fed beef. Is it as good? We'll find out tomorrow....
You don't need practice Brother, can't wait to have a few cocktails with you again! Adam has three brisket in the freezer...woohoo!
I'll take a look, I sure hope I can attend. If so, I'll bring a tent and sleep there. Late April, who knows what the weather will be, but I'm an Eagle Scout, so I can deal with whatever. amateur cutter , you don't perhaps have a "sugar shack" on the property? Only half kidding. eatonpcat , there's hope for you yet. Lol
All right folks. If possible it's time to get an RSVP list and food list as well. Please let us know if you're planning on for sure attendance, still a maybe, or just can't make it this year. Also what you are willing to bring/provide for meals. We'll provide table service, some desserts and meats. Also if anyone can, the door prizes are always a big hit. List it below and I'll put together a list and post it. Thanks!
Count Sue and I in but possibly for only one day. As for food, right now all I can say for sure is some fresh backed bead. There will no doubt be more. How are you fixed for table things like plates, bowls, utensils, paper towels, cups, etc? Coffee makers?
