Caffeine! Temperature went cooler overnight. I have to see if I can get to some Ash trees and cut some firewood for next season. If the snow isn’t too deep still.

 

Snow too deep in some places and it’s too slippery in the rest. Decided not to cut today. I’ll wait until conditions are better. Got chores done inside barn and house, and some exercise in. Now spending time with and caring for my Mother.

 

I love your morning Caffeine! pasts. It gives me a shot of motivation in the morning and makes me smile!

 

As I get “slightly” older, I think I may need to increase my caffeine intake in the morning.

 

Me too. I used to not like coffee, now I require it.

 

Owen has been gone three years today. I miss him very much

 

I am not allowed to talk With out coffee in morning; my beautiful bride brings me 20 oz in bed at 4 am..
we have been happily married 15 years!
My daughter and wife say I am a cranky arse…
Caffeine calms me down.. Daughter if she has something we need to talk about brings me coffee..

 

I don’t drink the stuff. But I drink V-8 Energy. One can has about the same caffeine as a cup of coffee. (80mg) I think a LOT of people’s cup of coffee is really about 2 to 2-1/2 cups in a travel mug. (160-200mg)

 

it was somewhere in the low 80's today. We went to a restaurant that you have to take a boat to today for my birthday.

Here's from the other day. We found a semi remote beach. The staff at the villa recommended it. He was right.

 

Ah, it felt so good to sleep in until 3:30 am. Oh wait, accounting for the time change means I woke up in my standard window of between 1 and 2:30

Charlottetown is a beautiful community, fully enclaved (except for it's coast) by a 155 square mile national park. I've always liked this house from outside, but it's now for sale for $119,000 (under $83K USD). I see a lot of potential inside too.

 

What is the square footage of the building? Very nice inside.

 

It is. Ad doesn't say exactly, but I'm going to guess no more than roughly 700. I can't recall if there's a half story upstairs or not, and the ad doesn't seem to show it. Wouldn't be hard to add a couple rooms if not. A little updated flooring and such, some new siding, and it'd really be quite a nice little place.
