Caffeine! Time to bring some more firewood in later today. Animal chores and a few others first though. You hoarders have some fun today and stay safe!

The SS Kyle, brand new in 1913 vs 111 years old, after a 50+ year career followed by 50+ years ran around in Harbour Grace. If ships could talk, the stories she could tell.

Good morning. Today is the Penn's Woods West Trout Unlimited fly fishing expo in Cranberry Township today. Gonna drive the whole seven miles out there and look for some high class rooster feathers to tie to some fish hooks.

Time passes too fast. Kiddo is at a Christian youth conference and cannot spare more than 5 seconds to talk to mommy. So it begins...

I am scheduled to take delivery of my new electric wheelchair tomorrow. It has a very narrow turning radius, so it should be easier for me to get in and out of the wheelchair van. I bought it outright rather than waiting for one from the VA or Medicare which takes months. I ordered it Wednesday and it was in Maine on Friday. I had to arrange some alternate delivery because it is being delivered on an 18-wheeler truck which is too large to negotiate my road My son will take his pick up and meet the truck in some large parking lot where they will transfer the crate to his truck.
So far I have spent $51,000 on getting transportation so I can leave home from time to time. (mostly medical appointments)

Crazy how fast the bottom can drop off in some places.

Alternatively, sometimes, the bergs are shaped funny so that they aren't as deep as you'd think by what you see above water.

It got up to 40° today. Wanted to clear the back patio and bring some wood in. Got distracted when i made the first plow pass across the patio and the snow just balled up all over. Now to decorate her, after i get wood in.

I agree; job as a parent is to prepare and guide them for real world. Wouldn’t trade it for anything

Supposed to get up to 53 today. The mud is crazy right now. I've never seen my yard this soupy.

I've got 20 ton of #8's to spread this evening. Looking forward to using the new tractor and see how much more productive it is than the old one.

Mine isn't there yet. Rain this afternoon and tonight with above freezing temps should expedite things.

Out in the open there is now lots of bare ground. Still snow in the woods.
