Yeah Mike , you beat me on that. Very clever idea I will have to remember.

 

I was so close to buying a slicer but the thought of cleaning it was a "no sale" flag for me.
Thankfully I do have some pretty good knife skills so able to get by , it would be nice but I guess not quite that nice.
