I think the shipping to my house was around 10 to16. I selected a zip code of an alternate address (friend) where it could be sent to. Maybe that would work for you?

Caffeine! Sitting and visiting with my Mother this morning. She is doing well physically. Still has good quality of life at 91. The stroke did some damage to her memory, that is for sure. But she, and we, are all very fortunate it wasn’t worse. She can still enjoy playing cards, good conversation, and good food. She still goes over to church 5 or 6 times a week for Mass. We all have been fortunate to find some great home health care ladies that take excellent care of her.

I tried to see if they would ship to someone in PA a couple years ago, I didn't have any luck...might have been a bigger item though too, don't recall for sure now...

Got the extension dried in yesterday, good thing as we have a little weather coming this morning. Mostly just building the door now. Getting itchy to get siding started soon, but I have to make sure I can get all the materials for replacing the roof on the house first.

Got some tractor maintenance done this morning. Old tractor is ready for a new home now, new one has all the PM stuff done and ready for work.

Thermometer says is warmer today, but with the breeze it doesn't really feel it. Supposed to be 40's all week...I'll take it.

5 years, 6 by the time I do the job this summer. I'll not only be replacing the shingles, but removing and replacing most of the original roof structure to insulate and make living space upstairs, and get rid of the little flat spot on top.

So my friend that has that Buick she's trying to sell, just got a letter from the money grubbing kids that never came around except to get their birthday and Christmas money from their father. It was from one of the daughters attorneys saying that are had to give the car to the daughter, even though it wasn't in his will and it is in the father's and the wife's name on the title. The wife doesn't want to fight it, even though she knows that it isn't right. Money grubbers. ..

I'll have to ask her this weekend when we go over to her condo to bring her dinner and eat with her, if she thinks that the daughters will expect that the condo go to them, despite Frank and Vickie's names are the only ones on it. The daughters graciously offered to sell the Cindy and use that money to put Vickie in a nursing home less than a week after her husband was buried. How nice of them.

There's a special place for those like that.

Sorry to hear that. Everything should go to the spouse but I understand if she doesn't want to fight them. My dad passed away last spring and my older sister is getting to be a pain in the ash. I hope she won't cave in to them.
    Wish her luck from me.

Worked till 8 tonight, prepping for inventory tomorrow.

I get partway home, try to accelerate up a small hill. Engine revs close enough to redline and i cant even hear the tires spinning. What a panic moment until I noticed I must have somehow knocked her into neutral.
