It's actually an envision, not an encore. So it's bigger. I've got a couple people interested in it, there's no super rush at the moment. She wants to sell it though still. The ungrateful kids, Dad's VA death inheritance ( whatever it's called) came through and these brats will be appeased.

The car will stay a few weeks, unless it sells before that. One of my employees needs a car after hers was totaled. She was looking at encores, and was interested when I mentioned I have a friend that wants to sell one, then it only got better when we found out it was an envision vs an encore.

This store was in business for more than 130 years and seemingly carried almost literally everything you could need, from building materials to food and clothing. Real old time general store. The old guy passed away, and his son probably couldn't manage a lemonade stand. Lost 2 businesses and all that remains are the buildings, and this old truck which sits around missing parts and holding a load of what appears to be junk. A real shame, if she could be restored she'd be an interesting remnant of days gone by.

Quite a decent house in Botwood for $77,500. Looks pretty solid and hopefully some cosmetic upgrades would work wonders for not too much more.

Get on their email list, they send a list of specials at least once a week, sometimes more...the best deals are often limited quantities and sell out fast.

Just make sure their emails don't go straight to the junk file...mine tries that a couple times/year...I'm constantly rummaging around in there retrieving emails that I actually want to see!

That's great you got everyone together for the birthday celebration. It won't be long and it will be a lot harder to get everyone together. The Dairy Queen Ice Cream cake sounds so good! Haven't had one of those in years!
