Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. A lot warmer at 39° this morning, cloudy with showers possible. Plan was to cut some older white oak wood for my cousin down the road, they are out of wood, see if the weather permits. I can stack that hickory in the shed if we can't do the other. Then a bit of sleep.

Good morning. -2f. The wind is dying down which is good. Fire feels nice. Heading out to the lake in an hour or so.

 

Morning all. Dark out there this morning but the forecast is for partially sunny. Our partially sunny turned into heavy fog yesterday so it was a dreary looking day.

All of you don't start laughing at me now. I am starting two weeks of fulltime work at an elementary school as a sub. I told the real secretary that I hoped it wouldn't turn into two years like the last time I took a two week gig. She assured me it would only be two weeks. So I am up bright and early and trying to find work clothes to wear. Living by the clock for the next two weeks. Paycheque will be a nice reward.

Planning to cut another load of old white oak for my cousin this morning, then finish stacking hickory splits. See how much more we need to finish that shed.

Morning all. Hard to say what we have coming for weather. Overcast and fog didn't lift much yesterday. Ended up with rain. I think it is going to be raining today.

Mostly watched the NFL game last night. Didn't turn out to as interesting as we thought so I went off and went grocery shopping.

Other than lunch with a friend, today's activities have yet to be reveled to me.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 35°\57° clear. Off today, so the woodyard will see some action, got a few chunks to split and finish a tote. Then taking 2 tires off dump trailer and 2 tires off a friend's utility trailer, we will go together to get tires mounted and eat lunch while we wait. Got more hickory to process for the shed.

Morning all. Clear with a full moon out this morning. Above freezing. Hopefully it will be a nice day today although I will be inside.
Yesterday a little girl comes in the office just soaked so Mom came with dry clothes for her. Grass fields with puddles are so much fun. Elementary school definitely is different from high school. Seeing children here by parents who I saw graduate a few years ago. I think I am getting old.
