Ah, real warmth - must feel great. Mice like to eat the wire coverings and can do some damage. Glad you got it fixed!

I see pictures of beautiful lady, looks like she's holding a platter with a white cloth on the top.

Yikes. A few times over the years at old house our steep hill was too snowy and or icy fo rthe UPS truck. He'd call me and ask. 1-come back when road was better 2-drop off at gas station/restaurant near us 3-leave by mailboxes (we had like 10 or 12 mailboxes though). Depending on the what item it was and need I've asked for all 3 at one time or another. The gas station/restaurant was fun, whoever made it down the hill would gather all deliveries for our road and bring them home, deliver few on the way up, and the higher houses put in plastic grocery sacks out when they asked, hung them on our driveway entrance on the road to pick up. Really miss those times, except by the time we finally sold there were several new big city neighbors shoving the rest of us to do big city things. Go figure, in a rural community :picard: So those fond times were already gone anyway.

I would be furious if my shipments were left at the side of the road. Do you have instructions for delivery in your FedEx account?

With overnight low temps Sat, Sun & Mon nights supposed to be in the single digits to low teens here in SE NH, guess I'll bring in a few bags of the douglas fir pellets for a little extra heat.

I have to go out Christmas eve. but I have a car starter so the van will be warm. Also have seat and steering wheel heaters so that won't be cold. My problem is getting in the house I am going to. There will be some men there to help me get in.
