At least the snow cover is minimal. A bit too cold for the hoarder to work outside for an extended period.

What species are you cutting in that nice pile of logs? Nord

Yeah, at those temps my rule is work for a tank of gas and go inside and have a coffee. Splitting an hour at a time as well.

The pile is a mix of white and yellow birch, and red maple. Great mix!

Went out to the woodpile today and it is a skating rink, so ugly I did not take a picture of it. Instead I took a picture of the "morning" as it is pretty nice.

It sure is, a couple places out here have the dome. Back in the day when they built these places it was dog sled only and a nudist colony. No idea why they decided on the dome, maybe it remineded them of certain body parts? :D

    Life is rough!

It is. I have 4 boys, the youngest being 4 and autistic, life is pretty hectic, it is easy to get caught up in it and forget to slow down, and appreciate life.

That view is unavoidable, and it makes me slow down and appreciate things, take a bit of time to reflect and relax. I am very grateful for it.
