18°f for the low this morning, should get up to 50°f today. Emory oak has the house sitting at 72°f.

Currently 42/73. Been idling white/chestnut oak all day. These day temps are hard to do with the longer splits I’m burning. I end up making a fire and reloading once, then letting it go out for a day. Shoulder season wood hasn’t been on my radar in a few years. Sure could use some though.

I've just been using smaller splits or I'll get cooked out. Our house has good insulation and held above 68 all day and the fire went out at about 9am. The high here today was 55.
