    My wife is either freezing or burning up .

    I am not sure that either one precipitates the other.

    I have woken up to the windows & doors all open when it’s 20* or less outside.

    I have walked into a 80* + house to see her under a blanket on the couch.

    Her newest thing is going outside & flapping/fanning her robe to cool off. Which is fine when it’s dark out but she needs to look around to see if anybody is around during the day. :picard:

    Unless she starts getting cold flashes too. Yes, that is a thing. Bone chilling cold that I could stand in front of a roaring pellet stove with sweat shirts on (or a blanket) and not get warm. Well, that is until the switch flipped internally.

    She gets cold but hot flashes happen more often. The Woodstock IS woodstove is best described as size of kitchen stove made of steel easily get to 550* it will bake you

    JimBear when I was a child my grandfather has a hidden thermostat behind stairwell set to 50.
    so ma can turn off thermostat open windows and pipes don’t freeze
